Our on-site Box Office is a part of the Ticketmaster network providing access to selling centers and inbound telemarketing rooms all over the country. Tickets can be purchased via the internet, by telephone, or in person. Please remember to order tickets as early as possible to get prime seat locations. Our Box Office accepts Mastercard and Visa.

  • In person at our Spreckels Theatre Box Office in the Grand Lobby located at 121 Broadway in downtown San Diego.

Walk-up

The Box Office is open Monday – Friday 12pm-6pm for walk up sales and ticketing information. On performance days, the Box Office will be open 2 hours prior to the start of the performance.

Payments Accepted

We will accept cash, MasterCard, and Visa. Unfortunately our policy does not permit us to accept personal checks or company/corporate checks to pay for tickets.



Will Call

Patrons who have tickets being held at Will Call may pick them up to 1 ½ hours before curtain on the day of the event at the Box Office. In order to pick up tickets, patrons will be asked to present the credit card used to place the order, a valid ID, and the order number as proof of purchase.
