The Spreckels Theatre is one of the finest theatres in America. Acoustically perfect (according to theatre consultants Harrison & Price), the auditorium retains it's old world craftsmanship and warmth while providing all of the space and technical requirements to mount a Broadway show.

The theatre has backstage loading through double doors on both sides of the stage. Back stage it boasts an on-stage Star dressing suite, fifteen dressing rooms, a large orchestra room, and a seventy five foot grid. The stage deck is 50 feet deep and 88 feet wide back stage. It's 39 feet wide at the proscenium. To complete the package, the box office is linked to Ticketmaster complete with computerized box office reports.

With a draw of over eight million ticket buyers in the area, and the largest convention and vacation traffic on the West Coast, how can you lose? We pride ourselves on making it easy for you to concentrate on promotion and production, because we take on the mundane details of operation. The magical blend of creative promoters and presenters and our hard working internal staff will make the Spreckels Theatre work for you!
